The Agromer store does not accept products sent via the cash on delivery option. Purchased goods may be returned only after prior arrangement with the seller and after entering the person with whom the agreed return was agreed on the return document in the space provided for this purpose. Goods made to individual, special order, electrical and electronic components and parts already assembled without the original packaging are not subject to returns. The main condition for accepting a return is to deliver the returned goods to the warehouse in Gręzów in perfect condition together with the packaging, i.e. in a condition of full commercial value. This means that the returned goods cannot bear any traces of assembly or dirt and should be indistinguishable from those we have on the shelf in the warehouse.
